ANTIBODIES
(anti-Human and others as indicated)
RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.
Cat#RDI-PRO10510 $344.00/vial
Clone 2F11
Category Mouse monoclonal, culture supernatant
Ig Class IgG1
Immunogen Human brain
Clinical Application/ Specificity 2F11 recognizes the 70 kD and 200 kD neurofilament specific polypeptide. The antibody is an excellent marker to differentiate neurofilament polypeptide from other intermediate filament proteins. Pheochromocytoma, paraganglioma, ganglioneuroblastoma, ganglioneuroma and other tumors of neuronal origin are detected..
Recommended Postive Control: for Peripheral nerve
Application :ELISA
Immunohistochemistry
Immunoblotting
Suitable for frozen and paraffin-embedded tissue; no proteolytic treatment required
Antigen Recognized in Species Tested so far: Human, rat, chicken, pig
Working Dilution 1:10
Dilution Buffer PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% Na-Azide
Incubation Time 1 h at room temperature
Storage At 2-8°C (undiluted) or at -20°C (aliquots)
