Antigen: synthetic peptide ALZ90 (amino acids 511-608 derived from the amyloid precursor protein pre A4 695)

Fusion partner: Balb/c mice spleen cells fused with mouse myeloic cell P3X63AG8.653.

Purification: anion exchange chromatography

Reconstitution: 1ml DI water to yield a 100ug/ml stock

Specificity: Reacts on western blot with natural amyloid precursor protein A4(695) from human and rat -stains plaques in cryosections of alzheimers patients (approx 1-10ug/ml with amplified   detection)

Application Western blotting:1-10ug/ml (overnight 4 DEG C with enhanced chemiluminescence detection)

Storage: Store at 4 Deg C . After reconstitution, stable for up to 1 year at 4 DEG C. Recommend aliquoting and store at -20 DEG C. Avoid frequent freeze thaw cycles.
