Reactivity: Reacts with Fas, a transmembrane molecule that belongs to the TNF/nerve groteh factor receptor superfamily. JO2 displays cytolytic activity against cell lines expressing mouse Fas by inducing apoptosis. Intraperitoneal injections of JO2 mab have been shown to kill mice by inducing apoptosis.

USE: flow cytometry(<1ug/1M cells)
