Anti-MOUSE
CD CLUSTERED
ANTIBODIES
RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (flow cytometry, neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below. All products are for in vitro research use only-not for use in or on humans or animals-not for use in diagnostics. Price/availability/specifications subject to change without notice.
Anti-MOUSE CD88
Antibodies
DATA SHEET: Rabbit anti-Mouse C5A Receptor (CD88)
cat# RDI-MCD88abrX $344.00
Presentation: 100ug in 0.2ml (0.5mg/ml) buffer with 0.09% sodium azide
IgG: rabbit polylconal IgG purified by affinity chromatography
Immunogen: extracellular, N-terminal region of the mouse C5aR
Use: flow cytometry: Immunofluorescent staining and Flow Cytometry: The antibody is useful for flow cytometric analysis of CD88/C5aR expressed on cell surfaces Double staining of mouse Lysed Whole Blood Cells (LWBC) with anti-mouse CD88 polyclonal and rat anti-mouseCD11b:FITC (RDI-MCD11B-Ft $562.00/0.5mg) indicate over 75% identity of the positive population .Flow cytometric analysis and staining profile of antibody C1150-32 on mouse bone marrow cells. Mouse bone marrow cells were stained with the purified antibody followed by anti-rabbit-biotin antibody and Streptavidin-PE .
Storage: Store 4 DEG C undiluted
Background: Alternative names for CD88 are C5aR, C5a receptor, C5a anaphylatoxin Receptor. CD88 (C5a Receptor) is a seven-transmembrane-spanning G-protein coupled receptor Its ligand, C5a/C5a-desArg, is the 10 kDa cleavage product of serum protein C5, generated upon Complement System activation. Upon binding its ligand, the C5a Receptor mediates lysosomal enzyme release, cytokine and superoxide production, and chemotaxis. Ligand-occupied receptors get internalized (downregulated). Main cellular expression of C5aR includes granulocytes, monocytes, dendritic cells, Astrocytes, Microglia, and the J774 cell line.
