Reactivity: Clone 1G10 blocks binding of CTLA-4- Ig to CD80 and blocks T cell activation by Con-A elicited peritoneal exudate cells and B7-1 transfected cell lines. However, the antibody alone will not be able to block T-cell activation by antigen- presenting cells.
