Anti-MOUSE
CD CLUSTERED
ANTIBODIES
RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (flow cytometry, neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below. All products are for in vitro research use only-not for use in or on humans or animals-not for use in diagnostics. Price/availability/specifications subject to change without notice.
Anti-MOUSE CD74
Antibodies
Catalog#: RDI-MCD74abm-IN $500.00/1pkg
Package Size: 0.5mg in 1.0ml 50mM Tris-HCL pH 8.0 with 150mM NaCl
and 0.1% sodium azide.
Supplied: purified by affinity chromatography
Clone: IN-1
Ig Isotype: Rat IgG2bk
Reactivity: -The IN-1 antibody reacts with CD74, the MHC Class II associated
invariant chain (Ii), expressed in I-A+ cell populations. Although it is
predominantly expressed intracellularly, it has also been detected on the
cell surface of some B-cell lines and at low levels on a small number of
B lymphocytes. In the mouse, alternatively spliced transcripts encode 31kda
amd 41kda isoforms, and the cell surface CD74 has a chondroitin sulfate side
chain which allows it to interact with CD4. CD74 is directly involved in
the intercellular transport ofMHC class II molecules and antigen presentation, and
it affects the maturation of T and B lymphocytes.
Uses: -flow cytometry (<1ug/1M cells), on permeabilized cells-
-imunoprecipitation
-western blot
-acetone fixed frozen sections
-zinc fixed paraffin sections (not recommended for formalin fixed)

Precautions:For In vitro research Use Only. Not for use in or on humans or
animals or for diagnostics. Sodium azide may form explosive compounds in
presence of heavy metals or under acidic conditions. Flush drains with copious
amounts of water to prevent buildup of explosive compounds.
