Anti-MOUSE
CD CLUSTERED ANTIBODIES

RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (flow cytometry, neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below. All products are for in vitro research use only-not for use in or on humans or animals-not for use in diagnostics. Price/availability/specifications subject to change without notice.

Anti-MOUSE  CD62E  Antibodies

DATA SHEET:Rat anti mouse E-Selectin (CD62E), monoclonal

Catalog#: RDI-MCD62E-10E9    Price: $500.00/1pkg

also available without azide: cat#RDI-MCD62E-XP $625.00/0.5mg

                      Biotin labeled: cat#RDI-MCD62E-BT $594.00/0.5mg

Package Size: 0.5mg in 1.0ml (0.5mg/ml) 10mM phosphate   buffer pH7.2 with 150mM NaCl and 0.09% sodium

Clone: 10E9.6

Ig Isotype: Rat IgG2a

Immunogen: TNF-A stimulated mouse brain capillary endotheloima cell bEND.3

Reactivity: Reacts with the 97-110kDa cell surface glycoprotein E-selectin (CD62E) also known as endothelial-leukocyte adhesion molecule-1 (ELAM-1), which is expressed on cytokine stimulated mouse endothelial cells. E-selectin is involved in the migration of leukocytes into inflammed tissues. The 10E9.6 antibody can block binding of E-selectin to its ligands in in vitro and in vivo studies with BALB/c but not C57BL/6 mice, does not efect leukocyte rolling in TNF-alpha treated mouse venules nor on in vitro adhesion of myeloid cells to e- selectin. Recognizes epitope mapped to the frist/and or second complement regulatory protein repeat domains of E-selectin.

USE: flow cytometry (<ug/1M cells)

          blocking experiments (azide free)

          immunoprecipitation

          histochemistry (acetone fixed frozen sections)

immunoflourescence (using biotin labeled antbody coupled with Streptavidin:PE rather than Streptavidin:FITC
