Anti-MOUSE  CD61 (Integrin B3 Chain) Antibodies

Clone: 2C9.G2 (subclone of HMB3-1)

Ig Isotype: Armenian Hamster IgG, group 1K

Purification: Purified from aTCS by affinity chromatography

Immunogen: vitronectin receptor protein from the mouse T-cell hybridoma 2B4

Reactivity: Reacts with the integrin B3 subunit, which associates with the Av chain, to form the vitronectin receptor (CD51/CD61) found on endothelial cells and osteoclasts, and with the A2b chain on platelets and magakaryocytes. Cross reactivity to rat mast cells and platelets has been observed by flow cytometry. Mab 2C9.G2 has been demonstrated to block binding of rat ant mouse ells to fibronectin.
