Reactivity: Reacts with ICAM-1, a 95 kDa surface antigen found on endothelial
cells, lymphocytes, epithelial cells, dendritic cells, and keratinocytes.
Icam-1 is a ligand for LFA-1 (CD11a/CD18) and MAC-1(CD11b/CD18). Its expression
is up regulated upon stimulation by inflammatory mediators such as cytokines
and LPS and its involved in B cell T-cell co- stimulatory interactions.
