Anti-MOUSE
CD CLUSTERED ANTIBODIES

RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (flow cytometry, neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below. All products are for in vitro research use only-not for use in or on humans or animals-not for use in diagnostics. Price/availability/specifications subject to change without notice.

Anti-MOUSE  CD49b  Antibodies

DATA SHEET:Hamster anti mouse CDw49b (Integrin alpha 2 chain monoclonal )

Catalog#:                                  RDI-MCD49B-HMA2      $469.00/0.5mg

no azide/sterile filtered #         RDI-MCD49B-HMAP      $625.00/0.5mg

FITC conjugated: #                   RDI-MCD49B-HMFT      $375.00/100ug

Package Size: 0.5mg purified ab in Tris-Hcl with   0.1%NaN3

Clone: HMA2

Ig Isotype: armenian Hamster IgG

Purification: Purified from ascites

Reactivity: Reacts with CD49B, the 150kDa transmembrane glycoprotein that non- covalently associates with the integrin B1 subunit (CD29) to form the integrin A2B1 complex known as VLA-2, which is a receptor for collagen and lamminin. VLA-2 is expressed on some splenic cells, CD4+ T lymphocytes, on intestinal intraepithelial and lamina proporia lymhocytes, NK cells, epithelial cells and platelets, BUT NOT on thymocytes, nor Peyers patch, peripheral lymph node, nor mesenteric lymph node lymphocytes. The expression of VLA-2 is up-regulated on lymphocytes in responses to mitogens. Clone HMA2 has been reported to partially block the interaction of T cell blasts but not   NK cells, with collagen. Purified HMA2 Mab blocks the staining of splenic NK cells byu the anti-CD49B/Pan-NK cells mab DX5..

USE: flow cytometry(<1ug/1M cells)
