Anti-MOUSE
CD CLUSTERED ANTIBODIES

RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (flow cytometry, neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below. All products are for in vitro research use only-not for use in or on humans or animals-not for use in diagnostics. Price/availability/specifications subject to change without notice.

                     FITC labeled cat#RDI-MCD3-FT    $594.00/0.5mg with 0.1% NaN3

Package Size: 0.5mg in 0.5ml (1mg/ml) 10mM Phosphate buffer, pH 7.2 with 150mM NaCl (sterile filtered). NO AZIDE, NO Carrier. Endotoxin level <0.01ng/ug protein

Clone: 145-2C11

Ig Isotype: Armenian Hamster IgG, group 1,k

Immunogen: H-2K(b) specific mouse cytotoxic T lymphocyte clone BM10-37

Purification: Purified from TCS by Protein G

Reactivity: Reacts with mouse CD3E. This clone can activate primed and unprimed T cells in vitro in the presence of Fc receptor binding accessory cells, and in vivo. In plate bound form, can activate T cells in the absence of accessory cells. Soluble antibody also can induce re-directed lysis of Fc receptor-bearing target cells by CTL clones and it can block lysis of specific target cells by antigen specific CTL's. Under some conditions, T cell activation may result in apoptotic cell death.

USE: -flow cytometry

         -blocking experiments (in vitro)

         -stimulation of T cells

          -immunoprecipitation

         - western blot

-histochemistry (acetone fixed frozen section) use mouse spleen as pos ctrl

Storage: Store at 4 Deg C under ASEPTIC techniques. If not to be used in culture, recommend adding sodium azide or other preservative.

Precautions:For In vitro research Use Only. Not for use in or on humans or animals or for diagnostics. Sodium azide may form explosive compounds in presence of heavy metals or under acidic conditions. Flush drains with copious amounts of water to prevent buildup of explosive compounds.
