Immunogen: C57BL/6 mouse T cell lymphoma EL-4

Reactivity: Reacts with CD28 expressed on most thymocytes and nearly all T cells in the spleen, lymph nodes and peripheral blood. Clone 37.51 Mab augments proliferation and cytokine production by activated T and NK cells and can provide a co- stimulatory signal for CTL induction.

Use: -in vitro stimulation of T and NK cells (azide free formulation)

        -flow cytometry (recommend using Fc blocking steps along with biotin labeled second step reagents with Streptavidin:PE)

       -immunoprecipitation

       -histochemistry (acetone fixed frozen sections)
