Reactivity: Reacts with CD28 expressed on most thymocytes and nearly all
T cells in the spleen, lymph nodes and peripheral blood. Clone 37.51 Mab
augments proliferation and cytokine production by activated T and NK cells
and can provide a co- stimulatory signal for CTL induction.
Use: -in vitro stimulation of T and NK cells (azide free formulation)
