Antigen: cell surface molecules solubilized from BALB/c mouse thymocytes by phosphatidylinositol specific phopholipase C

Ig Isotype: Rat IgG2ak (Lou/M)

Reactivity: Reacts with mouse T cell activating molecule THAM, homologous to human Cd26 (dipeptidyl peptidase IV,DPP IV). Cross linked clone H194-112 Mab induces proliferation of thymocytes in the presence of PMA or IL-4 and IL-2.

Use: -immunofluorescent staining (approx 1ug/million cells)
