Reactivity: Reacts with the murine low affinity IgE Fc receptor expressed
on mature, resting conventional B cells, but not on peritoneal CD5+ B Cells.
The regulation of CD23 surface expression on activated B cells appears to
be complex depending upon the mode of a activation and the presence of cytokines.
Clone B3B4 does not cross- react with rat or human IgE Fc receptor.
