Anti-MOUSE
CD CLUSTERED
ANTIBODIES
RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (flow cytometry, neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below. All products are for in vitro research use only-not for use in or on humans or animals-not for use in diagnostics. Price/availability/specifications subject to change without notice.
Anti-MOUSE CD1D
Antibodies
Catalog#: RDI-MCD1D-1B1 Price: $500.00/1pkg
Package Size: 0.5mg in 1.0 ml ab in Tris-Hcl with 0.1%NaN3
Clone: 1B1
Ig Isotype: rat IgG2bk
Antigen: mouse CD1.1 cDNA-transfected RMA-S mouse T lymphoma and mouse L929
cells.
Reactivity: Clone 1B1 reacts with mouse CD1D, a 48kDa glycoprotein with
structural homology to the major histocompatability complex (MHC) call I
molecule. Like MHC class I, CD1d associates with B-2-microglobulin, and it
bnds peptides for presentation to CD8 T lymphocytes, but, similar to MHC
Class II, CD1D preferentially presents long peptides with hydrophobic residues
at specific positions. CD1D expression has been detected by this antibody
at varying levels on most types of bone marrow and peripheral leukocytes
and on epithelial, dendritic, and lymphoid cells in the thymus. Clone 1B1
mab antibody competes with mab clone 1H1 in binding to mouse splenocytes.
CD1D expression was not detectable via flow cytometry on intestinal epithelial
cells using either the anti-mouse CD1D ab's clone 3C11, 1B1 and 9C7.
USE: -flow cytometry(<1ug/1M cells)
-histochemistry (acetone fixed frozen sections

Storage: Store at 4 DEG C
Precautions: For In vitro research Use Only. Not for use in or on humans
or animals or for diagnostics. Sodium azide may form explosive compounds
in presence of heavy metals or under acidic conditions. Flush drains with
copious amounts of water to prevent buildup of explosive compounds.
