Anti-MOUSE
CD CLUSTERED
ANTIBODIES
RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (flow cytometry, neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below. All products are for in vitro research use only-not for use in or on humans or animals-not for use in diagnostics. Price/availability/specifications subject to change without notice.
Anti-MOUSE
CD154/CD40L Antibodies
Catalog#: RDI-MCD154-MR1
Price: $500.00/1pkg BULK ON REQUEST
-also avialble:Biotin labeled cat#RDI-MCD154BT $562.00/0.5mg
-also available:no azide cat#RDI-MCD154-Xp $625.00/0.5mg
Package Size: 0.5mg in 0.5ml
Supplied: purified ab in Tris with 0.1% NaN3
Clone: MR1
Antigen: activated mouse Th1 clone D1.6
Ig Isotype: Armenian hamster IgG, group 3k
Reactivity: Reacts with mouse gp39 (CD40L, CD154) an accesory moleculae expressed
on activated T helper lymphocytes. Clone MR1 inhibits in vitro activation
of B lymphocytres by T helper cells by blcking interaction of gp39 with CD40.
In vivo treatemnet with clone MR1 antibody blocks the development of collagen
induced autoimmune arthritis and inhibits formation of germinal centers and
generation of memory B cells.
USE: -flow cytometry (approx 1ug/1 million cells) (on activated peripheral
T cells, it is recommended that T cells be purified before activation. Mouse
CD154 is transiently expressed on the surfaces of activated normal T cells
and certain T cell clones with a maximal level detected 608 hours post
activation. Activation with immobilized anti- mouse CD3E is sufficient to
induce CD154 expression onb CD4 cells. It has been reported that CD8+ cells
express CD154 only in response to PMA/Ionomycin treatment.) -blocking

Storage: Store at -20 Deg C. Aliquot. Avoid frequent freeze thaw cycles.
Precautions:For In vitro research Use Only. Not for use in or on humans or animals or for diagnostics. Sodium azide may form explosive compounds in presence of heavy metals or under acidic conditions. Flush drains with copious amounts of water to prevent buildup of explosive compounds.
-clones G70-204 & G94-56 react with armenian hamster IgG groups 1, 2 and 3 and syrain hamster group 2
