Anti-MOUSE
CD CLUSTERED
ANTIBODIES
RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (flow cytometry, neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below. All products are for in vitro research use only-not for use in or on humans or animals-not for use in diagnostics. Price/availability/specifications subject to change without notice.
Anti-MOUSE
CD14 Antibodies
DATA SHEET: Rat anti mouse CD14, monoclonal
Catalog#: RDI-MCD14-C53
Price: $469.00/1pkg $438.00/3 or more BULK ON REQUEST
Package Size: 0.5mg in 1.0ml Tris with 0.1% NaN3
also available: Fitc labeled cat#RDI-MCD14-C53FT $562.00/0.5mg
no azide cat#RDI-MCD14-C53-1XP $625.00/0.5mg
Clone: rmC5-3
Antigen: recombinant mouse CD14
Ig Isotype: rat (LOU) IgG1k
Reactivity: Reacts with mouse CD14 on residues 308-322 of the hydrophilic
region of mouse CD14/ Clone RmC5-3 detects soluble CD14 in serum of LPS-treated
mice in a time dependent manner. Positive staining in flow cytometry with
cell lines J774A.1 (mouse macrophage), WEHI-265.1, peritoneal resident
macrophages, and LPS-activated Kupffer cells, but not unstimulated splenic
macrophages, neutrophils, or blood monocytes. Data suggest that CD14 expression
by leukocyte population , as detected by clone rmC5-3, may differ in mice
and humans. Peritoneal cells from naive mice, 3 day thioglycollate elicited
peritoneal exudate, as well as 4 hour LPS- activated peritoneal cells contain
populations of MAC-1 (CD11b) high cells which double stain with rmC5-3 antibody.
Preliminary evidence suggest that CD14 may be upregulated on mouse blood
neutrophils.
USE: flow cytometry (approx1ug/1 million cells)
-NOTE:Non specific binding should be blocked with pure mouse IgG at 10-100 fold excess blocking experiments
-western blot
-histochemistry (reported)
