Anti-MOUSE
CD CLUSTERED ANTIBODIES

RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (flow cytometry, neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below. All products are for in vitro research use only-not for use in or on humans or animals-not for use in diagnostics. Price/availability/specifications subject to change without notice.

Anti-MOUSE  CD134 (OX40)  Antibodies

DATA SHEET: Rat anti-Mouse CD134 (OX-40)

Catalog#: RDI-MCD134-OX8     $469.00/vial

Package Size: 500ug purified in 1ml PBS pH 7.4 with 0.1% sodium   azide. (sodium azide is toxic, dilute azide compounds   with copious amounts of water when disposing in drain to avoid accumulation of explosive deposits-avoid   contact with acids.)

prep: purified by Protein G from tissue culture supernatant

Species: Rat IgG1

CLONE: OX-86

Immunogen: Cho cells transfected with murine OX40

Fusion Partner: spleen cells from immunized AO rats were fused with cells of the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line

Activity: The OX-86 Mab reacts with the OX-40 antigen (CD134) also known as OX-40 receptor, which is a 50kda type  I membrane glycoprotein that belongs to the NGFR/TNFR superfamily.   Mouse CD134 is expressed on activated CD4+ and CD8+ T   lymphocytes and has been shown to be the sole receptor for   the OX-40 ligand (OX-40L). OX-40 antigen provides a   costimulatory signal that indices T cells to proliferate in   a CD28-independent manner. The OX-86 Mab stains both CD4+ and CD8+ activated T cells, and this expression pattern has been confirmed using OX-40L-Ig fusion protein. CD134 was   also detected, using OX-86Mab, on B cells after stimulation   with Anti-IgM plus CD40Mab clone HM40-3. OX-86 Mab does not   block binding of OX-40L to OX-40 and it stimulates T cell   proliferation mildly.

Application: -Indirect immunofluorescence cell surface staining , approx 1ug/million cells Titer for each application

                    -western blot
