Immunogen: C57BL/6 mouse intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes
Reactivity: Reacts with mouse intergin alpha x chain of gp150, 95 (CD11C/CD18)
which is expressed on dendritic cells and CD4-CD8+ intestinal intraepithelial
lymphocytes (IEL) and is up- regulated on IEL and lymph-node T cells following
in vivo activation. CD11C plays a role in binding of iC3b.
USE: -flow cytometry approx 1ug/million cells)
-histochemistry on acetone fixed frozen sections (5-10ug/ml with ABC/Dab detection)
-zinc fixed paraffin sections (not recommended for use on formalin fixed paraffin sections)
