in drain to avoid accumulation of explosive deposits-avoid contact with

Prep: purified from TCS by affinity chromoatography and conjugated to FITC
Species: rat (Sprague-Dawley) IgG2ak
Immunogen: glycoproteins purified from BALB/C mouse embryo 3T3 cell line.
CLONE: ABL-93
Activity: Reacts with CD107b in mouse, one of the two major glycoproteins
in lysozyme membranes which are useful markers to distinguish lysosomes from
other organelles. Mouse CD107b consists of an approx 40kDa core protein which
is heavily glycosylated to form heterogeneous mature glycoprotein of 110-
120 kDa and it is closely related or identical to the macrophage antigen
Mac-3. It is principally expressed in epithelial cells and macrophages in
a variety of organs in normal and Beige Beige mutant mice.
Application: -flow cytomtery, immunofluorescence 1ug/million cells
