Anti-MOUSE
CD CLUSTERED ANTIBODIES

RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (flow cytometry, neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below. All products are for in vitro research use only-not for use in or on humans or animals-not for use in diagnostics. Price/availability/specifications subject to change without notice.

Anti-MOUSE  CD107A  Antibodies

DATA SHEET:   Rat anti-mouse CD107a (Lamp-1) clone 1D4B

Catalog#: RDI-MCD107aD4B    $500.00/vial

   also available   RDI-MCD107A-FT 500ug FITC labeled $625.00

Package Size: 500ug purified in 1ml (0.5mg/ml) 10mM phosphate buffer pH7.2, 0.15M NaCl and 0.09% sodium azide. (sodium azide is toxic, dilute azide compounds with copious amounts of water when disposing in drain to avoid accumulation of explosive deposits-avoid contact with acids.)

Prep: purified from TCS by affinity chromoatography

Species: rat (Sprague-Dawley) IgG2ak

Immunogen: a plasma membrane fraction of mouse embryo cells NIH3T3

CLONE: 1D4B

Activity: Reacts with CD107A in mouse, one of the two major glycoproteins in lysozyme membranes which are useful markers to distinguish lysosomes from other organelles. Mouse CD107a consists of an approx 40kDa core protein which is heavily glycosylated to form heterogeneous mature glycoprotein of 110-140 kDa. It is principally expressed in epithelial cells and macrophages in a variety of organs in normal and Beige mutant mice. Several lines of evidence suggest that cell surface mouse and human LAMP-1 glycoproteins, the expression of which may correlate with malignant transformation, participate in intercellular adhesion and adhesion to extracellular matrix.

Application: -Indirect immunofluorescence cell staining (intracellular )

                     -western blot

                      -immunoprecipitation,

-histochemical staining (acetone fixed frozen sections)

                       -immunoelectron microscopy

                        Titer for each application
