Ig Isotype: rat IgG2a

Reactivity: Reacts with mouse Vcam-1 (CD 106) adhesion molecule expressed on cytokine stimulated microvascular endothelium, bone marrow stroma, and myeloid cells. Clone 429 also reacts with the longer 110kDa transmembrane- spanning form and the truncated (approx 47kDa) GPI-linked form. VAM-1 is a ligand for VLA-4 and LPAM-1. Clone 429 partially blocks VCAM-1 mediated binding functions.
