Ig Isotype: Rat IgG2ak

Immunogen: Cos cells transfected with mouse Icam2 cDNA

Reactivity: Reacts with mouse ICAM-2 (CD102) cell surface glycoprotein, a ligand for LFA- 1. CD102 is constitutively expressed on endothelial cells, T cells and B cells,it is also expressed on a variety of leukocyte cell lines. Clone 3C4 Mab (also known as clone mIC2/4) blocks interactions between ICAM-2 and LFA-1.

Use: histochemistry(acetone fixed frozen sections)1-5ug/ml

      -flow cytometry 1ug/million cells

     -immunoprecipitation

       -in vitro blocking (using azide free material)
