Monoclonal mouse anti-a subunit of bovine brain Go-protein

This clone has been derived from hybridization of SP2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of a Balb/c mice immunized with bovine brain Go-protein.

Reactivity: MoAb 1H6A5 react with a-subunit to Go-protein from bovine brain. MoAb 1H6A5 cross-react with a-subunit of Gi-protein from bovine brain. MoAb 1H6A5 do not cross-react with B- and y- subunits from Go-protein from bovine brain. Specific antibody titer in indirect ELISA is 10-5.

Mouse isotype: IgG

Application: Detection of a-subunit of Go-protein. Immunoaffinity purification of Go- and Gi proteins. MoAb 1H6A5 work in ELISA and Western blotting.

Purification: Purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose. Purity is tested by electrophoresis.

Presentation: Each vial contains 1 ml of antibodies with concentration 1 mg/ml, in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at +4C.

Material safety note: This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research purpose only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1%) as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care muse be taken when handling this product.
