Research Diagnostics Inc offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

Clone: clone 19F/2A3
This clone has been derived from hybridization of SP2/0 myeloma cells
with spleen cells of a Balb/c mice immunized with FITC-BSA conjugate.
Specificity: Fluorescein, FITC-labeled proteins
Reactivity: Specific antibody titer in indirect ELISA is 1/50 000. MoAb 19F/2A3 react with both free and conjugated FITC.
Mouse isotype: IgG2A
Application: Detection of FITC-labeled antigens or antibodies. Capture antibody for FITC-labeled biopolymers. Enzyme-labeled second antibody for immunohistochemistry with FITC-conjugated mouse monoclonal antibodies.
Purification: Globulin fraction from ascitic fluid reprecipitated in semisaturated ammonium sulfate.Presentation: Each vial contains 1 ml of antibodies with concentration 1 mg/ml, in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at +4C.
Material safety note: This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research purpose only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1%) as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care muse be taken when handling this product.

#RDI-FLUOR-TX $250.00/1mg vial
Size: 1 mg (lyophilized)
Antibody Concentration: 1 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm)
Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride,pH 7.2
Preservative: 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide
Applications: suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot) , ELISA, histochemistry and FISH (in situ hybridization)
Background: can be used to detect both fluoresceinated proteins and nucleic acids. The immunogen is fluorescein conjugated to normal goat serum which results in very low levels of background staining.
