RDI Divison of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

see below multiple monoclonals and matched pair polyclonals for plasminogen

Monoclonal mouse anti-human plasminogen

Catalogue # RDI-TRK4P11-(clone#)

$375.00/mg  $344.00/mg 2-9   Bulk quotes on request

Clone: 4D2, 9E7, 5H3    New clones: 9D8, 8E7, 8F11, 3C2

These clones have been derived from hybridization of X63.Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with purified human plasminogen.

Reactivity: Clones 4D2 and 9E7 react with human plasminogen. Clones 9D8, 8E7 and 3C2 react with human plasminogen and plasmin molecules. Clones 5H3 and 8F11 react with plasminogen, plasmin and angiostatin. No cross-reactivity with other human serum proteins.

Mouse isotype: IgG1 for clones 5H3, 8E7, 8F11 and 3C2.

                        IgG2b for clone 4D2.

                         IgG2a for clones 9E7 and 9D8.

Application: Affinity purification of human plasminogen. Detection of plasminogen in ELISA. Detection of plasminogen in immunohistochemistry. All clones work in immunohisto-chemistry on formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded sections. Optimal dilution must be determined by experimentation.

Recommended pairs for sandwich ELISA (coating-conjugate):8F11 - 8E7 and 5H3 - 8E7

Purification: Purified by ion exhange chromatography. Purity is tested by electrophoresis.

Presentation: Each vial contains antibodies in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at + 4 °C.

Material safety note: This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research purpose only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1%) as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.

MATCHED PAIR ANTIBODIES for Elisa of Human Plasminogen

cat:RDI-PLASMIN0-KT  $625.00/set

-consists of two matched pair polyclonals which can be used to form a sandwich Elisa, approx 5 plates per set. Plasminogen in plasma and other fluids can be measured by capturing onto a microplate plate coated with a affinity absorbed polyclonal antibody to plasminogen. After washing , the captured plasminogen is detected with goat anti-plasminogen IgG conjugated to HRP. After washing bound antibody, conjugate activity is expressed by incubaton with OPD (or TMB). The color generated is proportional to the concentration of plasminogen present in the sample.
