These clones have been derived from hybridization of SP2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of a Balb/c mice immunized with purified neuron-specific enolase from human brain.
Specificity: Neuron-specific enolase (NSE), human
Reactivity:
Specific antibody titer in indirect ELISA is 1/1, 000.000 for all clones.
All antibodies work in ELISA.
The following pairs of our anti-NSE clones can be used to make an ELISA: 1C1 - 5A4, 1C1 - 5E2 and 1C1 - 5G10. According our data best results were obtained with MAb 5G10 direct coating and MAb 1C1-HRP conjugate. Sensitivity approx 2-5ng/ml

Application: Detection of NSE in ELISA and immunohistochemistry.
Presentation:Each vial contains 1 ml of antibodies
with concentration 1 mg/ml, in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store 4-8 DEG C.
Material safety note: This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research purpose only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1%) as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.
