Clone: HSP 25-31This clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of a Balb/c mice immunized chicken recombinant HSP-25


Specificity: HSP 27 (HSP-25) from fish, chicken, rat, mouse, guinea pig, cat, dog, goat, porcine, human.

Mouse isotype: IgG2b

Application: Western blotting, ELISA, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry,

Purification: Purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose. Purity is tested by electrophoresis.

Presentation: PBS, pH 7.4 , containing 0,1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at + 4C.

Mouse anti-HSP20

The HSP20 was demonstrated to constitute up to 1.3% of the total cellular protein in vertebrate tissues, especially in muscle, and its expression is related to muscle contraction, specifically in slow-twitch muscle. HSP20 may form different heterocomplexes with other HSPs, such as alpha-crystalline and HSP25. Phosphorylated form of HSP20 is proposed to interact with monomeric actin whereas dephosphorylated form binds polymeric actin filaments. In normal conditions HSP20 is diffusely disturbed in cytosol but under the heat stress it undergoes translocation to membrane fraction. Mouse monoclonal antibody to human HSP20.

MAb HSP20-11

MAb HSP20-11 is produced by hybridoma cell line, generated after hybridization of Sp 2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice, immunized with recombinant human HSP20. MAb is purified by protein-A affinity chromatography. Purity is tested by electrophoresis. MAb HSP20-11 recognizes human recombinant HSP20 protein and HSP20 from human and rat cardiac tissue extracts. MAb HSP20-11 can be used for HSP20 detection in ELISA, Western blotting, immunofluorescent cell culture staining.

Mouse anti-HSP70

The HSP70 family may be the most abundant HSP induced in cell response to stress - up to 20% of the total cellular protein after appropriate stimulation. HSP70 is localized in the cytosol, mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum and exhibit constitutive and inducible regulation. HSP70 participates in translation, protein translocation, proteolysis and protein folding, suppressing aggregation and reactivating denatured proteins. The activity of HSP70 appears to be regulated by co-factor chaperones. Increased HSP70 levels in serum correlates with a better outcome for patients after heatstroke or severe trauma. At the same time elevated serum levels of HSP70 are detected in patients with peripheral or renal vascular disease.

MAb 3A3

MAb 3A3 is produced by hybridoma cell line generated after hybridization of Sp 2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant human HSP70. MAb is purified by protein-A affinity chromatography. Purity is tested by electrophoresis. MAb 3A3 recognizes human recombinant protein and HSP70 from human, bovine, canine, cat and goat cardiac tissue extracts. MAb 3A3 can be used for HSP70 detection in ELISA or Western blotting.

Mouse anti-HSP 60

The representatives of HSP60 subfamily are found in bacteria, plant chloroplasts and mitochondria of animal cells. Together with other HSPs HSP60 are participating in reactivation of heat denatured proteins. In muscle tissues HSP60 facilitates the folding and assembly of proteins as they enter the mitochondria, and stabilizes preexisting proteins under stress conditions. HSP60 is constitutively expressed in muscle in proportion to the mitochondrial content, and is increased after chronic electrical stimulation or prolonged endurance training, corresponding with increased mitochondrial enzyme activity. Increased HSP60 concentration is observed in the blood of patients with carotid atherosclerosis or borderline hypertension.

Anti-human HSP60 MAbs  1G1,  2G4,  2F11 and 1H8 are produced by hybridoma cell lines, generated after hybridization of Sp 2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice, immunized with recombinant human HSP60. MAbs are purified by protein-A affinity chromatography. Purity is tested by electrophoresis. MAbs can be used for detection HSP60 from different animal species in ELISA, Western blotting, immunofluorescent staining of cell cultures.

HSP90 has been identified in the cytosol, nucleus and endoplasmic reticulum, and is reported to exist in many tissue types. In several tissues, including smooth muscle, HSP90 comprises up to 2% of total cellular protein. HSP90 functions as a dimmer, assembled as part of heterocomplex. It possesses ATP-binding and low ATPase activity. HSP90 is able to associate with actin filaments in certain conditions. Another important property of HSP90 is the binding of unoccupied steroid hormone receptors. HSP90 has been characterized as a molecular shaperone able to keep the target protein in a folding-competent state. It has an enhanced shaperone activity in oligomeric form at high temperatures. HSP90 function is sensitive to bivalent cations concentration. HSP90 is highly conserved between different species. Protein from mammalian shows 60% amino acid identity with the corresponding yeast protein and 78% identity with Drosophila protein.

MAb 1A6 is produced by hybridoma cell line generated after hybridization of Sp 2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with recombinant human HSP90. MAb is purified by protein-A affinity chromatography. Purity is tested by electrophoresis. MAb 1A6 can be used for HSP90 detection in ELISA and immunofluorescent cell staining.
