This clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of a Balb/c mice immunized with dopamine conjugated with bovine serum albumin in Mannich reaction with formalaldehyde.

Specificity: Catecholamine

Reactivity: Affinity of MoAb DA2B11:

                Kd=10 -E08    for DA-BSA

                Kd=10 -E07    for NA-BSA.

                Kd= 10 -E04   for unconjugated DA 

At 1uM MoAb 2B11 inhibit dopamine binding to D-2 receptor in membrane P-2 fraction from human Corpus striatum.

Presentation:Each vial contains 1 ml of antibodies with concentration 1 mg/ml, in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at 4 DEG C .

Contains sodium azide (0.1%) as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.
