Monoclonal mouse anti-corticoliberin (CRF/Corticotropin-releasing factor)

This clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of a Balb/c mice immunized with corticoliberin, conjugated with bovine serum albumin.

Specificity: Corticoliberin, human

Reactivity: MoAb 4H9 react with human corticoliberin with Kd= 1, 3x10-9M (native) and 1,8x10-10M (denaturated). MoAb 5D5 react with human corticoliberin with Kd= 3,6x10-10M (native) and 1, 1x10-10M (denaturated). -they do not bind BSA, insulin, ovalbumin or EGF.

They are suitable for double-antibody sandwich EIA.

Mouse isotype: IgG1

Application: Detection of corticoliberin.

Purification: Purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose. Puity is tested by electrophoresis.

Presentation:Each vial contains 1 ml of antibodies with concentration 1 mg/ml, in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at -20C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Material safety note: This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research purpose only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1%) as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.
