RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Clone: clones C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6, C7.

These clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp 2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice im munized with human CRP.

Specificity: Human CRP.Specific antibody titer in ELISA is<10-6.

Mouse isotype: clones: C2, C3 ,C4, C5, C7 -IgG1,

C6-IgG2a, C1-IgG2b

Application: CRP immunoassay and immunoaffinity purification. C1 antibody recognizes human CRP in Western blotting. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay:

--Four Mab's namely C2, C5, C6 and C7 recognize antigen both in the presence and in the absence (samples containing EDTA) of Ca2+. Mab's clone C1, C3 and C4 do not interact with CA2+ depleted protein.

Purification: Purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose. Purity is tested by electrophoresis.

Presentation: Each vial contains antibodies in PBS, pH 7.4 con taining 0,1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store

at +4C.

Material Safety: This product is sod as an antibody preparation for research purpose only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0,1%) as pre servative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.
