(anti-Human and others as indicated)

RDI Divison of researchd Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

Monoclonal anti-Streptavidin from Streptomysces Avidinii

      $375.00/1mg    $344.00/mg 2-9mg    $312.00/mg 10+  BULK Pricing on request

Clones: S8E4, S8C12, S10D4, S3E11

Isotype: IgG1, kappa for clones S8E4, S8C12, S10D4, S3E11

Purification: Purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose. Purity is tested by electrophoresis

Specificity: Non crossreactive with egg white avidin. Affinity (Kd) >1 x 108 for all clones

Reactivity: S8E4, S8C12, S10D4, S3E11 Mabs bind with high efficiency with different epitopes of streptavidin molecule. S8C12 Mab reactswith the determinat non oveellapping with S8E4-, S10D4- and S3E11-epitopes. All antibodies bind to the streptavidin without interfering with the biotin-binding reaction

-(Clone S8C12 seems to work the best for histochemistry)

Application: -The antibodies can be used to localize streptavidin, to amplify signals in immunochemistry, histochemistry, ELISA,flow cytometryand immunoblotting. These mouse anti-streptavidin Mabs applied tothe ABC complex, previously bound to the second antibody systemallow for further enhancement of signal when anti-mouse antibody conjugate is added. The antibodies are effective in Immunoadsorbtion procedures of streptavidin - biotinilated protein complexes.

PRESENTATION: Each monoclonal is delivered in a sealed vial at a concentration of 1 milligram of murine monoclonal antibody dissolved in ml (mg/ml) of phosphate buffered saline containing 0.1% sodium azide. We recommend that each laboratory determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application.

Storage: Purified monoclonal antibodies are generally stable for period at 4 0C. However repeated warming to room temperature and re-cooling may result in loss of activity and hence working titre.

FOR IN VITRO RESEARCH USE ONLY. NOT FOR USE IN OR ON HUMANS OR ANIMALS- NOT FOR DIAGNOSTICS. Not responsible for any Patent infringements with use or derivation of these products. Contains sodium azide (0.1%)- observe proper precautions.

NOTE: Recommend centrifuging the unopened vial at 500-1000 RPM for 2   minutes to concentrate antibody in bottom of vial.   If desired, you can add ul PBS containing 0.1% NaN3 to bring   volume to 1mg in 1ml.
