These clone has been derived from hybridization of X63-Ag8-653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of a Balb/c mice immunized with purified recombinant human growth hormone (hGH).
Specificity: growth hormone, human
Reactivity:
Recommended pair for sandwich ELISA: (capture conjugate): GhG2- GhB9
(conjugate must be labeled in your own lab or custom conjugated -inquire)
Mouse isotype: IgG1
Application: Detection of human growth hormone.
Purification: Purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose.
Purity is tested by electrophoresis.
Presentation: Each vial contains 1.0mg of antibodies in 0.1ml(10.2 mg/ml) PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.1% of sodium azide as preservative. Store at 4 DEG C.

note: This product is sold as an antibody preparation for research purpose only. Standard Laboratory Practices should be followed when handling this material. Contains sodium azide (0.1%) as preservative. Although the amount of sodium azide is very small appropriate care must be taken when handling this product.

NOTE:Before Opening., Make sure Cap is tight and centrifuge for 1-2 minutes at 1000 RPM to concentrate antibody in bottom of vial. If desired, add 0.9ml PBS buffer with 0.1% NaN3 to bring up to 1mg/ml.

Specificity: Human Growth Hormone in normal pituitary gland and in pituitary
adenomas associated with arcomegaly,
Preparation: Lyophilised rabbit serum containing 15mM
sodium azide. Reconstitute with 0.25ml of sterile
distilled water.
USE: Effective on paraffin wax embedded tissue and on frozen sections.
Protocol: Immunohistochemistry:Typical working
dilution 1:50 - 1:100. 30 Minutes incubation at 25'C. Standard ABC technique.
Western blotting: not checked
Positive controls: pituitary gland
Staining pattern: cytoplasmic
Storage and stability: Store unopened lyophilized antibody at 4'C. Under these
conditions, there is no significant loss in product performance up to the
expiry date indicated on the vial label. The reconstituted antibody is stable
for at least two months when stored at 4'C. For long term storage, aliquot in
non frost freze freezer, Avoid repeated freeze thaw
cycles. Prepare fresh working dilutions daily.
