Description/Specificity The monoclonal antibody reacts with the human U1A in a variety of species ranging between human and Xenopus laevis. It precipitates U1 snRNP complexes containing the U1A protein. It does not crossrect with the U2-B'' protein.

Working Dilution    Immunoprecipitation: 1:5 - 1:10

                                Immunoblotting: 1:5 - 1:10

                                Optimal dilution should be tested by serial dilution.

Storage Store lyophilized antibodies at 2-8°C. Store reconstituted antibodies after centrifugation in small aliquots at -20°C. Store undiluted, avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Volume 1 ml; lyophilized antibody. Reconstitute with 1 ml PBS. After reconstitution, the solution contains 1% BSA and 0.1% NaN3.
