Specificity The p52 subunit (Mr 52.000) is the major antigen of the 19S cap complex, which is a subcomplex of the 26S proteasome, implicated in ATP- and ubiquitin-dependent protein degradation.

Application Immunoblotting (not recommended for immunofluorescence and immunoprecipitation)

Reactivity with Species And Cultured Cell Lines (tested so far ) Xenopus laevis; XLKE-A6 (X. laevis);
