(anti-Human and others as indicated)

RDI Divison of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

ANTI-26S Proteasome P32 subunit

see also polyclonals

Mab to 26S Proteasome (20S cylinder particle p32 subunit)

Cat#RDI-PRO65145    $281.00/vial     $219.00/vial 3+ (can combine with any RDI-PRO code ab)

Clone P32 (26S-161)

Category Mouse monoclonal

Ig Class IgG1

Purification/Form Hybridoma culture supernatant (inquire for ascites)

Immunogen 26S complexes from Xenopus laevis oocytes

Specificity The 20S subomplex within the 26S hetero-oligomeric protein complex and the free cytosolic form of 20S cylinder particls; the epitope is resistant to formaldehyde fixation (up to 4%). P32 (26S-161) is NOT suitable for immunoprecipitation.

Application Immunoblotting   immunofluorescence

Reactivity with Species And Cultured Cell Lines (tested so far ) Xenopus laevis; XLKE-A6 (Xenopus); PLC (human); Ptk2 (kangaroo rat)

Working Dilution ready-to-use for immunofluorescence, 20-30 min at RT ( longer incubation may result in loss o soluble antigen)

Dilution Buffer 0.15 M Phosphate buffered saline with 0.1% BSA and 0.1% Na-Azide.

Storage at 2-8°C

Volume 5 ml
