  ANTIBODIES

(anti-Human and others as indicated)

RDI Divison of researchd Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

ANTI-26S Proteasome P27 subunit
Mab to 26S Proteasome  (multicatalytic proteinase 20S cylinder particle)

Clone P27 (26S-104)

Category Mouse monoclonal

Ig Class IgG1

Purification/Form ascites

Immunogen Nuclear 26S complexesof Xenopus laevis oocytes

Specificity The 20S subcomplex within the 26S hetero-oligomeric protein complex and the free cytosolic form of 20S cylinder particles;the epitope is resistant to formaldehyde fixation (up to 4%)

Application -Immunoblotting

                     -immunofluorescence microscopy

                     -immunoprecipitation

                     -affinity chromatography

Polypeptide Reacting: p27 subunit of 20S cylinder particles

Reactivity with Species And Cultured Cell Lines (tested so far ) Xenopus laevis; XLKE-A6 (X. laevis); PLC (human); RVF (rat); Ptk2 (kangaroo rat)

Working Dilution 1:100-1:500 for immunofluorescence

Dilution Buffer 0.15 M Phosphate buffered saline with 0.1% BSA and 0.1% Na-Azide.
