Immunogen Human lysozyme
Clinical Application/ Specificity LYZ-Z blocks the
catalytic activity of human lysozyme. For immunohistochemical
detection of histiocytic neoplasia and myeloid leukemias. Monocytic
leukemia cells show strong positive immune reaction. Weak reaction is also
found with granulocytes.

Titer: When used in an Elisa with 1ug/ml antigen in the coating buffer, the end
point dilution was 1:12,800.

freeze diluted antibody.

Storage Conditions: Store vial at 4'C prior to restoration. Re-store with 5.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent). Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4'C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20'C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is one (1)year from date of reconstituion.
