Specificity 7F1 recats with the 39 kDa RAP protein, which is cosynthesized with human LRP/A2MR (low density lipoprotein receptor-related protein/A2-macroglobulin receptor). It inhibits the binding of ligands, eg. tPA, uPA, VLDL, lipoprotein lipase and A2-macroglobulin-proteinase complexes to LRP/A2Mr.
