Disorders Specifically Detected HCC 5.1 reacts with native C5 as well as with C5b. Native C5 is only detected with HCC 5.1, while C5b is detected by both HCC 5.1 and HCC 5.2.
Working Dilution When reconstituted with 1ml distilled water, dilute further 1:10
