Clinical Application/Specificity: The monoclonal antibody recognizes human R052 (SS-A) antigen. It does not precipitate the so-called Ro ribonucleoprotein complexes
The antibody has been obtained by immunization of mice with recombinant R052 protein.
Suitable for: Immunofluorescence microscopy
Recommended for Positive Control: HEp-2 cells

Working Dilution: Immunofluorescence microscopy 1:5-1:10
Optimal dilution should be tested by serial dilution.
Storage: Store lyophilized antibodies at 2-8'C.
Store reconstituted antibodies after centrifugation in small aliquots at -20'C.
Store undiluted, avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Contents/Volume: 1ml; lyophilized antibody.
Reconstitute with 1 ml PBS. After reconstitution, the solution contains 1% BSA and 0.09% NaN3. Antibody concentration is 110 ug/ml.
