  ANTIBODIES

(anti-Human and others as indicated)

RDI Divison of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

LA (SS-B) Protein
Mab to La (SS-B) Protein (human autoantigen)

cat#RDI-PRO57037   $562.00/vial

Clone Determination           La4B6

Category                              Mouse monoclonal

Form                                    Culture Supernatant (liquid)

Immunoglobulin                   Class IgG1

Clinical Application/Specificity: The monoclonal antibody reacts specifically with the La antigen from a variety of mammals. It does not precipitate La-containing ribonucleoproteins.

The antibody has been obtained by immunization of mice with recombinant La protein.

Suitable for:          Immunofluorescence microscopy

                               Immunoblotting. (westernblotting)

Recommended Positive Control: HEp-2 cells

Antigen Recognized in Species: Human, mouse, rat and bovine

Working Dilution: -Immunofluorescence microscopy 1:5-1:10 (a strong fixation os necessary, eg, microwve fixation); before use a short centrifugation of the antibody solution is recommended

-Immunoblotting: 1:10-1:100 (chemiluminescence)

Optimal dilution should be tested by serial dilution.

Storage: Store undiluted antibodies at 2-8'C.

Antibodies can be frozen undiluted in samll aliquots at -20 DEG C (avoid repeated freezing and thawing)

Contents/Volume: 1ml, solution contains 1% BSA and 0.09% NaN3. Antibody concentration is approx 100ug/ml.
