ANTIBODIES
(anti-Human and others as indicated)
RDI Division of Fitzgerald Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.
Desmoglein 3 antibodies
Mab to Desmoglein 3
Cat#RDI-PRO651112, new cat#: 10R-D107a $346.50/5ml
Clone Dsg-G194
Category Mouse monoclonal
Immunoglobulin Class IgG1
Form/Purification Hybridoma culture supernatant
Antigen Recombinant human polypeptide Desmoglein 3.
Description/Specificity In immunoblots of cytoskeletal preparations from human epidermis the antibody reacts specifically with a 140 kD polypeptide typical for Desmoglein 3. In immunolocalization studies the mab shows typical staining of basal and lower suprabasal layers of the epidermis and special regions of fetal and anagen hair follicles. The staining pattern observed corresponds to those obtained with pemphigus vulgaris patient sera. Cross-reaction with Desmogleins 1 and 2 was not detected.
Antigen Recognized in Species Human
