package: 1 milligram in 1ml (50% glycerol, 20mM sodium   phosphate pH 7.5, 150 mM NACl + 1.5mM NaN3)


USe: Suitable for western blotting, immunoprecipitation, ELISA and immunoaffinity chromatography.


Activity: Reacts strongly and specifically with phosphotyrosine-containing proteins and can be blocked specifically with phosphotyrosine. No reaction with either phosphothreonine or phosphoserine is detected. NOTE: Clone PY20 binding is inhibited by high salt concentrations (>0.2M) and by divalent cations (>1mM).


Species: Reactive with: human, chick, frog, rat, mouse and dog.


Storage: Store at -20 DEG C upon receipt. . Recommend aliquoting. Avoid frequent warming cycles.
