RDI Divison of Fitzgerald Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, histochemistry, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.
#RDI-PHOSTYRabr rabbit anti-Phosphotyrosine 100ug $190.00
#RDI-PHOSSERabr rabbit anti-Phosphoserine 50ug $190.00
#RDI-PHOSTHRabr rabbit anti-phosphothreonine 50ug $190.00
#RDI-PHOSTPabr rabbit anti-Phosphothreonine-Proline 50ug $188.00
#RDI-PHOSTLYTabr rabbit anti-Phosphothreonine-Lysine-phosphotyrosine 50ug $190.00
Catalog: RDI-PHOSLYTabr $188.00/50ug vial (Bulk quotes on request)
Background: Antigen is based on N-acetyl-pT-K-pY-NH2. The pT-X-pY sequence
is considered to be the motif for some active MAPK's.
Immunogen: KLH-phosphothreonine-lysine-phosphotyrosine (N-acetyl-pT-K-pY-NH2) peptide conjugates
Purification: purified with N-acetyl-phosthreonine-lysine-phostyrosine amide agarose, absorbed with N-acetyl-threonine-lysine-tyrosine agarose.
Presentation: 50ug in 0.2ml (0.25mg/ml) in PBS with 0.02% NaN3
Storage: at 2-8oC, do not freeze
Specificity Reactivity: In Elisa, specifically reacts with peptide containing pT-G-pY, pT-E-pY sequence, but weakly reacts to pT-P-Py sequence. The antibody does not react with phosphothreonine and phosphoserine but weakly to phosphotyrosine under optimum conditions.
Applications: -ELISA (kinase assay), 0.5 ug/mL;
-Western blot, 1ug/mL (colorimetric), 0.5ug/ml or less with chemiluminescence;
Positive Control: Mouse brain extract for immunoblotting. Synthetic pT-X-pY
motif for Elisa.
