  ANTIBODIES

(anti-Human and others as indicated)

RDI Divison of researchd Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

p62 Protein N & C terminal antibodies  (see 2 polyclonals below)

Pab to p62 Protein N-terminal specific

Cat#RDI-PROGP62N     $438.00/vial

Category                            Guinea pig polyclonal (GP62)

Form/Purification              Whole antiserum

Antigen                               N-terminal domain (20 amino acids) of human p62 protein

Reactive Polypeptide         (Specificity) Human 62 kD (p62) protein, present in intracytoplasmic inclusions (e.g. hyaline bodies) of hepatocellular carci-noma. p62 protein has been found in many tissues and cells, including lymphoid cells, serving probably a common cellular signal transduction mechanism. The antiserum stains also neurofibrillary tangles in the brain of patients suffering from Alzheimer's disease.

                                           - immunohistochemistry on frozen and paraffin* sections (*enhanced after microwave                                                           treatment)

                                           - cytological material

                                           - immunoblotting
