RDI Divison of researchd Industries Intl offers a wide line of antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.
Norepinephrine TRANSPORTER (NET)
see also related antibodies to Vesicular Monoamine Transporters, Acetylcholine, Creatine, Norepinehrine, Proline, Serotonin and Taurine Transporter
cat# RDI-RTNETabrX $469.00/vial
Presentation: 100ug affinity pure antibody in 0.1ml 1mg/ml PBS stock with 0.1% BSA and 0.02% merthiolate).
Purification: peptide affinity purified.
Antigen: A 22 amino acid peptide sequence specific for the 1st extracellular
domain of NET coupled to protein.
Reconstitution: All peptide/antibody received in solution or reconstituted from Lyophilized vials should be stored frozen at -20oC or below in suitable aliquots. It is not recommended to store diluted solutions. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw.
Specificity: The antigen has 100% sequence homology to mouse and rat and 90% homology to human and bovine. The peptide shows no significant homology with other known peptides.
USE: Western Blotting (1-10 ug/ml for affinity pure using Chemiluminescence technique).
ELISA (1:10K; using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well).
Histochemistry & Immunofluorescence:We recommend the testing of affinity purified antibody at 2-20ug/ml on acetoen fixed frozen sections or pfa fixed tissues.
