(anti-Human and others as indicated)

RDI Divison of Fitzgerald Industries Intl  offers a wide line of  antibodies. Since no one antibody works best for all applications (neutralization, blotting, ELISA, etc), we offer many different types of antibodies to help solve this problem. Please inquire for other applications or types of antibodies not listed below.

Mouse anti-MITOCHONDRIA clone MTC02 (Human)

cat# RDI-MITOCHONabmX        $438.00/100ug

       RDI-MITOCHONabmX-1     $688.00/200ug

Presentation: Protein G purified antibody in 10mM PBS with 0.2% BSA and 15mM NaN3. (Bulk available without BSA/Azide upon request) concentration 200ug/ml

Reactivity: human (others not tested)

Clone: MTC05

Isotype: mIgG1

Immunogen: semi-purified mitochondrial prep

Uses: -immunofluorescence: 1-2ug/ml 60 min RT

-histochemistry (acetone fixed-frozen sections) 1-2ug/ml 60 min RT

-paraffin sections (requires high temp release using 10mM Citrate buffer pH6.0 for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20min.

-western blot:1ug/ml for 2 hour RT

Positive Ctrl: Liver

Localization: cytoplasmic

Background: This monoclonal recogizes a 60kDa non-glycosylated protein component of mitochondria found in human cells. It can be used to stain the mitochondria in cell or tissue preparations and can be used as a marker of the mitochondria in subcellular fractions. Mab from clone MTC05 produces a spaghetti like staining pattern in the cytoplasm of normal andmalignant human cells and may be used to stain the mitochondria in paraformaldehyde fixed frozen and formalin-fixed,paraffin embedded tissues.

Storage: 2-8 deg c
