APPLICATIONS: * For enzyme conjugation or radiolabelling

PRESENTATION: Each monoclonal is delivered in a sealed vial at a concentration of 1mg in phosphate buffered saline containing 10mM sodium azide. We recommend that each laboratory determine an optimum working titre for use in its particular application.

STORAGE: Purified monoclonal antibodies are generally stable for long periods at 4oC. However repeated warming to room temperature and re-cooling may result in a loss of activity and hence effective working titre. It is recommended that monoclonal antibodies are aliquotted upon receipt and then stored at -20C. After thawing they should then be used as a stock solution for up to 60 days. Dilute working solutions are best prepared on the day of use.

Clone: G9, 28A4 G2, 27E8, 76G3, 77F12 - NEW CLONES

Reactivity: MoAbs 28A4, G2 and 27E8 specifically recognise beta subunit of HCG. Antibodies are not cross-reacting with hLH, hTSH, hFSH. MoAbs G9, 76G3 and 77F12 specifically recognise HCG. It reacts mainly with a-subunit, antibodies are cross-reacting with whole molecule of HCG, hLH, hTSH, hFSH. Cross-reactivity with free b-subunit of HCG was not detected.

Mouse isotype: IgG1 - for clones G2, G9 and 27E8, IgG2a - for clone 28A4,IgG2b - for clones 77F12 and 76G3.

Application: Detection of HCG in immunoassays, suitable for immunochromatography.

      Best recommended pairs : 77F12-28A4, 27E8-28A4, 76G3-G2.

Purification: Purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose. Purity is tested by electrophoresis.
