Presentation: 100ug Rabbit IgG in 0.1ml (1mg/ml) of PBS buffer pH7.2 containing 0.1% sodium azide. Peptide affinity Purified.

Antigen: peptide (EYMPME conjugated to KLH)

Specificity: Reacts with Glu-Glu epitope tag in western blot (approx 1ug/ml with chemilimunescence detection, load at least 50ug whole cell/tissue lysate or 100ng-1ug pure protein until optimized), immunoprecipitation and immunohistochemistry (approx 1-10ug/ml, acetone fixed frozen sections), Elisa.

Storage: Store at 4 DEG C-DO NOT FREEZE.

NOTE: Before opening, tighten cap and centrifuge for 1 minute 1000rpm to concentrate antibody in bottom of vial.
